Nasdaq Baltic operates with enhanced price transparency for equity and debt security trading and settlement activities, in complying with the European Code of Conduct for Clearing and Settlement. Settlement services on the Baltic Market are provided by Nasdaq CSD.
 

Member fees

There is no entry fee

Membership fee (including membership on all Nasdaq Baltic exchanges):

                – EUR 450 fixed monthly fee for a single member;

                – EUR 850 fixed monthly fee for a group of members;

Refundable initial contribution to the Baltic Guarantee Fund of the EUR 5,000 minimum.
 

Transaction fees for equities

Trading fee for automatic matching (order book):

Value-based trading fee: 0.035% of the transaction value (min. EUR 0.30)

Fee for on-exchange trade reporting (manual trades):

Value-based trading fee: 0.035% of the transaction value (min. EUR 0.30, max. EUR 150)

 

Transaction fees for debt securities

Trading fee for automatic matching (order book) and trade reporting (manual trades):

Value-based trading fee*: 0.01% of the transaction value (min. EUR 0.30, max. EUR 30)

*The transaction fee is not levied for debt securities issued by the Republic of Lithuania.
