On delisting of AS Rietumu Asset Management IPS funds from the Investment Fund List and observation status
Nasdaq Riga decided on October 1, 2018 to delist AS Rietumu Asset Management IPS investment funds from the Baltic Investment Fund List. The last listing day is set to be October 5, 2018.

Simultaneously Nasdaq Riga decided on October 1, 2018 to immediately apply observation status to all the above mentioned AS Rietumu Asset Management IPS funds.
Observation status will be applied according to Nasdaq Riga Rules “On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Markets Regulated by the Exchange” Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 7, which stipulates that the Issuer shall be placed on observation status if in the next 6 months it is planned to perform activities in the result of which the financial instruments of the Issuer would be delisted.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
After delisting from the Baltic Investment Fund List the information about the funds is going to continue to be displayed on the Baltic Fund Center webpage.
