About the fund
ZPR Global Equity fund was first offered to the public on April 6th, 2004. Prior to 2013 the fund was called ZPR US Small Cap Value Mutual Fund and invested only in U.S. stocks. Since 2013 the fund has changed the name and started investing globally.
The Fund invests in stocks of companies that are traded on the public regulated stock exchanges across the world. The fund can also invest stock options and warrants. The fund is in the small cap value style box, looking to invest in small market capitalization companies that are greatly undervalued. The fund invests in countries that have strong economy, low political risk, strong currency, and transparent capital markets, as well as other countries where the risk/return tradeoff is favorable.
The investment in the fund must be made in US dollars.

Subscription: up to 5% (fund’s distributor can choose to apply a lower fee)
Redemption: 0%
The management fee: 2% of the Fund’s average annual NAV.
Custodian fee: up to 0,5% of the Fund’s average annual NAV.
Countries where the fund is available to purchase: Lithuania.
