To intermediate trading in securities on the Nasdaq Baltic market, a bank or brokerage company must be a member of the relevant exchange in Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius. All trading is conducted by or through our member firms, which include local and international banks and brokerage firms.

To intermediate trading in securities on the Nasdaq Baltic market, a bank or brokerage company must be a member of the relevant exchange in Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius. All trading is conducted by or through our member firms, which include local and international banks and brokerage firms.

Becoming a member

A single cross-border application to join all three Baltic exchanges (or one/two of them) can be submitted to Nasdaq in Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius for joint review and approval.

Group monthly fee 1000€
Contribution to the Guarantee Fund* min 5000€

* The initial contribution to the Baltic Guarantee Fund is fully refundable

Value-based trading fee

Automatic matching 0.035% (min 0.30€)
Manual trades 0.035% (min 0.30€, max 150€)

Debt securities transactions

0.01%

Value-based trading fee*

Manual trades 0.01% (min 0.30€, max 30€)

* The transaction fee is not levied for debt securities issued by the Republic of Lithuania.
