Surveillance Committees

Nasdaq Tallinn has established surveillance committee to handle suspected violations of exchange regulations. The committees are independent bodies and all their decisions are made public through the dissemination of a press release by the relevant exchange and publication of the information on the exchange’s website.

Current members of the Nasdaq Tallinn Listing and Surveillance Committee:

Kristel Kivinurm-Priisalm – Avaron Asset Management, Founding Partner, CEO & Head of Investor Relations

Kristjan Hänni – Kawe Kapital AS, Member of the Management Board

Ivars Bergmanis – Investment Banker, Financial Adviser, Latvian Financial Literacy Society Co-founder and Chairman

Sven Papp – Ellex Raidla Law Firm, Partner

Hannes Vallikivi – Law Firm WALLESS, Partner and Attorney-at-Law

Rauno Klettenberg – Bondora Group AS, Member of the Management Board, Bank CEO; FinanceEstonia, Member of the Management Board

Mark Kantšukov – Lecturer in Finance at the University of Tartu, an Economist

Decisions of the Nasdaq Tallinn Listing and Surveillance Committee may be appealed to a court of arbitration.
