The fund “Integrum Emerging Markets Corporate USD Bond Fund” is established to provide investors long-term capital growth.

To achieve this objective, the fund’s assets are invested in debt securities issued or guaranteed by commercial companies or credit institutions registered in the Emerging Countries. Up to 20% of the fund’s assets may be invested in debt securities issued or guaranteed by central banks, governments, or municipalities of the Emerging Countries and up to 20% of the fund’s assets may be invested in debt securities issued or guaranteed by central banks, governments, municipalities, commercial companies, or credit institutions of other countries.
