NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD OF AS RAKVERE LIHAKOMBINAAT

 

The Management Board of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat was recalled due 

to 

expiration of tenure of office as of 31.08.1999. The company’s 

Supervisory Board elected the new Management Board with the 

following 

persons:

 

Chairman        Peeter Maspanov 

Members         Ilkka Häyhä     

Uno Vallner     

Teet Soorm

 

The new Management Board was elected to office for three-years 

term.

 

 

Peeter Maspanov was the CEO of Rakvere Lihakombinaat from Oct.1995 

until Apr.1999; as of Apr.1999, P. Maspanov is the CEO of Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat Grupp.

 

Between 1996-1998 Ilkka Häyhä worked as the CEO of Broileritalo Oy 

(subsidiary of HK Ruokatalo Oy). As of August 1998, I. Häyhä has 

been 

employed by AS Rigas Miesnieks, the subsidiary of Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat. As of April 1999, I. Häyhä is the proxy and acting 

CEO 

of Rakvere Lihakombinaat.

 

From Jan.1990 until Feb.1999, Uno Vallner worked on the position of 

Chief Engineer of Rakvere Lihakombinaat. As of Feb.1999, U. Vallner 

is the company’s Production Director.

 

As of Sept.1995, Teet Soorm is the CFO Rakvere Lihakombinaat.

 

Uno Vallner is the only Management Board Member who owns shares in 

AS 

Rakvere Lihakombinaat. U. Vallner owns 1000 shares of AS Rakvere 

Lihakombinaat (0.0027% holding).
