ASA KINDLUSTUS AND AB KINDLUSTUS WILL FILE AN 

APPLICATION AGAINST THE HEAD OF INSURANCE INSPECTORATE

 

Based on the results of legal expertise conducted by 

law office Glikman & Glikman, the Management Boards 

of ASA Kindlustus and AB Elukindlustus resolved today 

to file an application against Ellen Ridaste, the head 

of Insurance Inspectorate, in relation with her public 

statements that go beyond her competence, and due to 

which ASA Kindlustus and AB Elukindlustus have suffered 

significant financial losses.
