RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

The Supervisory Board of ASA Kindlustus AS resolved on its 17.09.1999 

meeting the following:

 

1. Recall all members of the Management Board of ASA Kindlustus AS.

 

2. Elect Jaak Soobik, Mati Vihul, Natalja Illarionova and Dmitri 

Iljušin members of the Management Board of ASA Kindlustus AS 

as of 17.09.1999.
