HANSABANK INSURANCE SELLS AAS HANSA APDROSINASANA

 

According to the sales agreement signed on September 28, Hansabank 

Insurance will sell its Latvian life insurance subsidiary, AAS Hansa 

Apdrosinasana to the Finnish Sampo Enterprise Insurance Company Limited. 

The transaction does not have a material effect on the financial results 

of the group.

 

The budgeted premium income of AAS Hansa Apdrosinasana for 1999 is 

LVL 240 thousand, The company employs 10 persons and an additional 

47 agents.
