CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

The Supervisory Board of AS Baltika resolved to recall Avo Reiska and 

Tōnis Kotkas from the company’s Management Board as of 31.07.99, due to 

expiration of their employment contracts with AS Baltika. The new 

member of the Management Board is James Hayhow.

 

Last three year’s employment record of James Hayhow:

As of July 1998 -- Production Director of AS Baltika;

1997-1998 Serdar Lather Production (Cyprus)- Production Director;

1995-1996 Nalken Ltd (Cyprus)- Managing Director.

James Hayhow holds no shares in AS Baltika.

 

The Management Board AS Baltika will continue with the following 

members:

Meelis Milder (AS Baltika, Managing Director);

James Hayhow (AS Baltika, Production Director);

Ülle Järv (AS Baltika, Chief Accountant).
