FINAL RESULTS OF SUBSCRIPTION FOR LEKS KINDLUSTUS SHARES

 

The Management Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS approved the 

subscription 

for 1 342 034 Leks Kindlustus shares along with the respective 

distribution list. The Management Board also cancelled 1 168 526 

unsubscribed shares.

 

The Management Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS approved the 

subscription 

for 605 111 warrants along with the respective distribution list.

 

The company’s majority shareholders Eesti Ühispank, Swiss 

reinsurance 

group Swiss Re and OÜ Slinkerit subscribed for majority of the 

shares 

issued, thus indicating their confidence in development of the 

company and the whole insurance market. 

 

Eesti Ühispank subscribed for Leks Kindlustus shares worth of 7 

million EEK, Swiss Re 4 million EEK and OÜ Slinkerit 2 million EEK. 

The shareholders of Leks Kindlustus invested in the company total 

of 

13.42 million EEK. Altogether 53 shareholders exercised the 

alternative to subscribe for Leks Kindlustus warrants, subscribing 

for total of 605 111 warrants.

 

The volume of Leks Kindlustuse AS share capital after the current 

issue of shares and warrants is 39.72 million EEK. After the 

additional investment, AS Eesti Ühispank controls 47.71%, Swiss Re 

20.69% and OÜ Slinkerit 16.08% of Leks Kindlustus share capital.
