TSE MANAGEMENT BOARD’S DECISION ABOUT CANCELLATION OF AS TRAADER 

MEMBERSHIP STATUS

 

The Management Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange ("TSE") 

discussed 

on its 21.07.1999 meeting cancellation of the TSE membership status 

of AS Traader.

 

Pursuant to article 11.5.2. of the TSE Rules and Regulations, the 

Management Board of the TSE is granted the right to cancel the 

membership status of a stock exchange member if such member has not 

used the TSE trading system for transactions in securities during a 

period of six months.

 

The membership status of AS Traader was suspended as of 27.07.1998 

due to expiration of the letter of guarantee submitted to the TSE. 

As 

of this date, AS Traader has not submitted to the TSE a new letter 

of 

guarantee.

 

The Management Board decided to cancel the TSE membership status of 

AS Traader.
