ABOUT CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF AS EESTI ÜHISPANK

 

AS Eesti Ühispank hereby announces that according to the 

Supervisory 

Board’s respective resolution, Natalja Klendere resigned from the 

company’s Management Board as of 01.07.1999. The new member of the 

Management Board is Johan Lindh.

 

Johan Lindh was born in 1955. He is a graduate of Lund University 

(MBA). Between 1982 – 1986, he was employed by Skandinaviska 

Enskilda

Banken (SEB), working on different positions. Between 1986 – 1989, 

Johan Lindh worked in Svenska Handelsbanken, and as of 1989 again 

in 

SEB. 

As of 1996, Johan Lindh worked in SEB representational office in 

New 

York on position of Vice-President (Head of Treasury Sales, then 

Project Leader for Global S-E-Banken Counterparty Limit and 

Exposure 

System Implementation).

 

Johan Lindh does not hold shares in AS Eesti Ühispank.
