According to the 30.06.99 decision of the Supervisory Board of 

Hüvitusfond, volume of the issue of Hüvitusfond XIV-series bonds 

will 

be increased in accordance with the provisions of issue prospectus 

to 

the level of 24,471,800 EEK due to oversubscription of the issue. 

Hence all subscription applications filled in accordance with the 

issue prospectus, which have matching transfers of Privatization 

Vouchers, will be satisfied in full volume. The purchase orders of 

20 

investors will not be satisfied due to incorrect or missing 

subscription applications and/or non-transfer of Privatization 

Vouchers, hence 464,865 Privatization Vouchers will be returned to 

the accounts of their holders. 

Bonds were purchased by 1475 investors, including mainly private 

persons. The issue was oversubscribed by 9,471,800 EEK. Total of 

78,309,760 Privatization Vouchers were cancelled in the course of 

the 

issue of Hüvitusfond XIV-series bonds.
