RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

Based on mutual agreement from January 1, 2000 Mr. Tõnis Sildmäe will 

step down as the CIO and member of the board of Hansapank. Mr Sildmäe 

has led the IT division of Hansapank since the bank's establishment.

 

The board is planning to make a proposal to the next annual general 

meeting of shareholders to elect Mr Sildmäe the member of the Supervisory 

Board of Hansabank to employ his long-term work experience and knowledge 

of the market on the council level.
