REPORT: CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS

 

Compared to the previously published data (04.10.99), no 

substantial changes have taken place in the ownership structures 

of the companies listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange as of 

11.10.99.

 

Such changes will be published in cases where following a disposal 

or acquisition of the issuer’s shares, the proportion of voting 

rights of these shares reaches, exceeds or falls below any of the 

following levels: 5%, 10%, 20%, 33%, 50% or 66%.
