COMMENTARY TO THE ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN NEWSPAPER "ÄRIPÄEV"

"ÜHISPANK WILL SELL ITS OFFICE BUILDINGS"

 

With regard to the article published in 14.10.99 issue of newspaper 

"Äripäev", AS Eesti Ühispank hereby announces that the Management 

Board of Ühispank has made a decision on principles to sell several 

office buildings in Tallinn, which are owned by Ühispank group. 

AS Eesti Ühispank will inform the public through the Exchange's

information system of the results of negotiations.
