PRO KAPITAL INCREASED SUBSIDIARY'S CAPITAL STOCK

 

On Friday, 15.10.1999, the owners of OÜ Larvikk (subsidiary of AS Pro 

Kapital) increased the company's capital stock from 1 million EEK to 

60 million EEK. AS Pro Kapital increased its holding in OÜ Larvikk from 

51.67 to 82.67%. The other owner of AS Larvikk is Baltic Investments Ltd.

 

In order to increase the capital stock of OÜ Larvikk, the owners of the 

company made a non-monetary payment through settlement of the accounts. 

AS Pro Kapital settled its accounts against OÜ Larvikk totaling 

49 085 300 EEK.
