COMMENTARY TO THE FINANCIAL RESULTS 04/99

 

 

The consolidated 4 months net sales of Tallinna Külmhoone AS amounted to 125.8 million EEK.

Compared to the same period last year ( 1998 4 months net sales 93.8 million EEK), the

company's net turnover increased by 34.1%, or 32 million EEK.

 

In 4 months of 1999, the company sold ice-cream in total amount of 780.6 tons

(same period last year -- 765 tons), thus the volume of sales increased by 2% or 14.4 tons.

87.3 tons (11.2% of total sales) of ice-cream was exported. In 4 months

 of 1998, 58.7 tons of ice-cream was exported.

 

4 months pre-tax profit of Tallinna Külmhoone AS amounted to 2.79 million EEK;

the respective figure last year amounted to 2.16 million EEK.
