SALE OF EESTI KINDLUSTUS

 

The conditions precedent to the sales agreement signed on April 30, 

1999 between AS Hansapank and Sampo Enterprise Insurance Company Ltd 

for the sale of 100% of AS Eesti Kindlustus shares, have been 

fulfilled whereby the share purchase transaction has entered into 

force.

 

In other respects, we refer to the announcement on the sale of Eesti 

Kindlustus that was published on April 30, 1999.
