SUBSCRIPTION RIGHTS OF LEKS KINDLUSTUSE AS SHARES

 

Leks Kindlustuse AS will fix on 04.06.99 the list of shareholders to 

determine the subscription rights for shares to be issued based on the 

respective resolution of the 20.05.99 annual general meeting of 

shareholders. 

 

Proceeding from the above, the shares of Leks Kindlustuse AS are traded 

cum-rights for the last day today, on 31.05.99. 

The shares will go ex-rights from tomorrow, 01.06.99.

 

The share capital of Leks Kindlustuse AS will be increased via issuance 

of 2 510 560 new shares.
