ABOUT SHARE ISSUE

 

According to the 30.04.99 resolution of the annual general meeting of 

Reval Hotelligrupi AS shareholders to increase share capital, the 

company’s Supervisory Board decided on 07.05.1999 the following:

To issue 1,300,000 new shares in the price range of 35 to 40 EEK. The 

subscription period will last from 31.05 to 13.06.1999. The list of 

shareholders with pre-emptive right will be fixed on 31.05.1999 at 

9:00 AM. The issue is registered in the Securities Inspectorate under 

number RVPA-275.

 

The precise order of subscription for shares is described in the 

Issue Prospectus, which will be available starting from the 

announcement of the issue, as provided by legal acts.
