LISTING OF AS EESTI TELEKOM SHARES

 

According to the Listing Committee’s 13.05.99 decision, 63 883 178 

shares of AS Eesti Telekom, issued in the course of restructuring of 

the company, are listed on the Main List of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange as of today, 14.05.99. Until the list of shareholders for 

dividend payments for financial year 1998 is fixed, the additionally 

listed shares are traded under separate name of ETL-1. 

 

Trading takes place on the public order book. 

Minimum lot is 1000 and tick size 0.25 kroons.
