NEW MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

 

The annual general meeting of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS shareholders 

recalled the former Supervisory Board, and elected three new members to 

the new Supervisory Board.

 

As of 30.04.1999, the new member of the Supervisory Board of TFT AS is 

Vitaljis Skrivelis (36), who lives in Riga, Republic of Latvia.

V. Skrivelis is a member of the Management Board and managing director 

of TFT AS major shareholder PAS Grindeks. He is employed as managing 

director of Grindeks as of November 1997; prior to that he was a deputy 

production director in the same company. V. Skrivelis graduated in 1985 

from the biology department of the National University of Latvia.

 

As of 30.04.1999, the new member of the Supervisory Board of TFT AS is 

Elita Liela (39), who lives in Riga, Republic of Latvia. As of December 

1998, E. Liela is a member of the Management Board of medical supplies 

production company PAS Grindeks. Prior to that she worked (since 

February 1998) in the same company as an advisor in financial and 

economy-related issues. In 1996-1998, E. Liela worked as investment 

project’s division manager of the Latvian Development Agency. E. Liela 

graduated in 1981 from the trade and finance department of the 

University of Latvia as an economist; she has also obtained a Master’s 

degree in business from the University of Latvia.

 

As of 30.04.1999, the new member of the Supervisory Board of TFT AS is 

Sander Zibo (25), who lives in Tallinn, Republic of Estonia. S. Zibo 

graduated in 1997 from the Law department of the University of Tartu. 

As of June 1997, S. Zibo is employed as lawyer by AS FOREX Development 

(Eesti Forekspank, Optiva Pank). As of October 1997, member of the 

Supervisory Board of AS Orto.
