ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SAULES LAIKS SHAREHOLDERS

 

According to the decision of the Management Board of Latvian 

insurance company Saules Laiks, the annual general meeting of Saules 

Laiks shareholders will be convened on 30.04.1999. 

The agenda of Saules Laiks AGM includes approval of the 1998 annual 

report and approval of budget for 1999.
