DECISIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF AS EESTI TELEKOM

 

The Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Telekom approved on its 22.04.99 

meeting the 1998 annual report of AS Eesti Telekom.

The Supervisory Board also decided to convene the annual general 

meeting of shareholders on 21.05.1999 at 14.00 PM.

The Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Telekom re-elected Toomas Sõmera 

the Chairman of the Management Board.
