COMMENTARY TO 08.04.99 ARTICLE OF BNS

 

News published by BNS on 08.04.1999 discuss the note in the auditor’s 

report about the 1998 financial statements of Reval Hotelligrupi AS 

regarding the reflection of positive goodwill in these statements 

(compiled in accordance with the international accounting standards).

 

For explanatory purposes we would like to point out that the accounting 

principles used by Reval Hotelligrupp have not altered the volume of 

either the group’s consolidated profit, owners’ equity, or total 

assets. In had an impact only to the structure of assets reflected on 

the balance sheet in total volume of 1.536 thousand EEK.
