SUBSIDIARIES OF SAKU ÕLLETEHASE AS TERMINATE THE PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

 

Starting from 01.04.99, the subsidiaries of Saku Õlletehase AS, Saku 

Keldri OÜ and Saku Purgiõlle OÜ, will discontinue the production of 

beer. The production activities in the aforementioned companies will be 

terminated due to equalization of excise tax rates on beer for all 

producers, proceeding from amendments to the Law on Alcohol Excise.

 

Henceforth only the parent company of the group, Saku Õlletehase AS, 

will be engaged in production of beer.
