PROFIT DISTRIBUTION PROPOSAL TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF AS OPTIVA PANK 

 

On 11.03.199, the Management Board of Optiva Pank approved the 1998 

annual report and management report. The Management Board of Optiva 

Pank hereby proposes to the general meeting of shareholders to transfer 

the 1998 financial loss of 264 973 513 EEK to the following balance 

sheet accounts: "Retained earnings (loss)".
