HANSAPANK INCREASED THE SHARE CAPITAL OF EESTI KINDLUSTUS

 

On March 23 Hansapank increased the share capital of Eesti 

Kindlustus by EEK 1 million to EEK 83.3 million. Through a 

closed issue Eesti Kindlustus issued 100,000 new shares with a 

par value of EEK 10 and a premium of EEK 240 per share. As a 

result of the issue the total shareholders’ equity increased by 

EEK 25 million.
