APPLICATION OF HANDELSBANKEN AKTORIS FOR WAIVER OF EXCHANGE 

MEMBERSHIP STATUS

 

On 03.11.99 AS Handelsbanken Aktoris submitted to the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) the application for waiver of the Exchange membership 

status. 

The application was submitted in accordance with the proceedings 

started by Svenska Handelsbanken AB for liquidation of its subsidiary 

AS Handelsbanken Aktoris.

 

The Exchange membership status of AS Handelsbanken Aktoris is suspended 

as of 02.11.98 due to corporate restructuring. 

 

TSE Management Board will make a resolution about the application of AS 

Handelsbanken Aktoris. All rights and obligations proceeding from the 

company's Exchange membership status are effective until the TSE 

Management Board has satisfied the application.

 

Pursuant to article 13.1.1 of Membership Rules of the TSE Rules and 

Regulations, the Exchange member has a right to waive the membership 

status by submitting the respective written application at least four 

weeks prior to the date the company wishes its Exchange membership 

status to be cancelled.
