NEW MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

According to the 14.12.1998 resolution of the general meeting of ASA 

Kindlustus AS shareholders, the Management Board of ASA Kindlustus AS 

consists of up to five members.

On Friday, 19.02.1999, a notarial application was made in order to 

register three new Management Board members of ASA Kindlustus AS in the 

Commercial Register.

 

Member of the Management Board Dmitri Iljušin -

1995 - 1997 - Marlekor, manager of financial department,

1997 - 1998 -  Nordika Kindlustus, manager of financial department,

1998 – to date - AB Kindlustuse Grupp, financial advisor.

 

Member of the Management Board Mati Vihul - 

1992 -  1996 -ASA Kindlustus, manager of the department of TPL insurance

1996 - to date - AB Elukindlustuse AS manager, member of the Management 

Board.

 

Member of the Management Board Valeri Tšernõšev -

1995 - 1997 ASA Kindlustus,  insurance director, managing director, 

1997 – to date  -AB Kindlustuse Grupp, Chairman of the Management Board.

Tšernõšev owns 0.45% of ASA shares.

 

The Management Board of ASA Kindlustus AS includes Sergei Netšajev 

(Chairman of the Management Board), Dmitri Iljušin,  Mati Vihul and  

Valeri Tšernõšev.
