CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT

 

According to the Rules and Regulations of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange, Leks Kindlustuse AS announces that based on the 

agreement between parties, the employment contract with Rivo 

Saarna (PR Manager of Leks Kindlustuse AS) will be terminated as 

of 16.02.99. Due to that, the tasks of public relations 

department will be taken over by the marketing department of Leks 

Kindlustuse. Starting from 16.02.99, a person responsible for 

information disclosure in Leks Kindlustus is the manager of 

marketing department Pille Kaselo.
