NEGOTIATIONS ON THE SALE OF EESTI KINDLUSTUS CONTINUE

 

 

Hansapank and Sampo Enterprise continue negotiations on the 

sale of Eesti Kindlustus to the latter. The target of the 

parties is to sign the binding sale agreement in February-March 

after the approval of the relevant authorities and the 

completion of the annual audit of Eesti Kindlustus.

 

Sampo Enterprise and Hansapank have signed a letter of intent, 

according to which Sampo Enterprise will buy at least 96 per 

cent of the shares of Eesti Kindlustus.
