CONCLUSION OF COOPERATION MEMORANDUM TO INCLUDE CORE INVESTORS

 

We hereby announce that according to the cooperation memorandum 

concluded between Briggs Finances, Ltd. and EVEA Panga AS, two 

core investors of EVEA Panga AS are from the USA: Swiss Credit & 

Saving Union, Inc. and Morgan Nationwide Depository, Inc. After 

the approval of the Bank of Estonia, the investors are ready to 

make during the first stage an investment of 5 million US dollars 

to the share capital of EVEA Pank.

 

Swiss Credit & Saving Union, Inc. and Morgan Nationwide 

Depository, Inc. are financial institutions from the United 

States of America, which manage international funds. The 

investors have informed the Bank of Estonia about their 

intentions, and the next steps will be taken after the reaction 

of the Bank of Estonia.
