AS EMV MADE A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE II STAGE CONSTRUCTION 

WORKS OF ILMARINE QUARTER

 

AS EMV won the contest organized by the real estate development 

company Pro Kapital for the II stage reconstruction works of 

Ilmarine quarter located in the center of Tallinn. The cost of 

the construction contract made on 15.01.99 is 41 million EEK.

 

In course the construction works, five 2-5 story buildings with 

underground garages will be finished by the end of 1999.
