TRANSFER OF THE SHARES ISSUED VIA STOCK DIVIDEND ISSUANCE TO THE 

SECURITIES ACCOUNTS

 

The additionally issued E-shares from the stock dividend issuance will be

transferred to the securities accounts of the Estiko shareholders by 

18.12.1998, at 8:00 AM. 

 

In accordance with the decision of the 17.11.98 extraordinary general 

meeting of AS Estiko shareholders, 1 992 866 new AS Estiko E-shares with a

par value of 10 EEK were additionally issued via the stock dividend issuance.

The Business Register registered it on 14.12.98. The extraordinary general 

meeting of shareholders decided to transfer the new shares from the stock 

dividend issuance to the securities accounts of the shareholders within

7 stock exchange days after the registration in the Business Register.

In accordance with the EGM decision, the additionally issued shares give 

a right for dividends starting from the economic year of 1998.
