SALE OF A HOLDING IN SUBSIDIARY

 

In accordance with the contracts made between Ühispank and Hüvitusfond,

Hüvitusfond sold today 49% holding in AS Tornimägi to AS PF Koda. The 

transaction involves an obligation of Ühispank to refinance the loan 

given by Hüvitusfond to AS Tornimägi to build the respective building.
