BEETA'S APPLICATION TO TERMINATE STOCK EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP STATUS

 

AS Beeta Varahaldus (BVH) has submitted to the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) the application for termination of the Exchange 

membership status, as BVH's owner AS Preatoni Pank applied for TSE 

membership status.

 

Pursuant to article 13.1.1 of Membership Rules of the TSE Rules and 

Regulations, the Exchange member has a right to waive the 

membership status by submitting the respective written application 

at least four weeks prior to the date the company wishes its 

Exchange membership status to be cancelled.

 

TSE Management Board will make a resolution about satisfaction of 

the application. All rights and obligations proceeding from the 

company's Exchange membership status are effective until the TSE 

Management Board has satisfied the application.
