CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS PRO KAPITAL SHARES ON THE MAIN LIST

 

According to the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee's 

29.11.99 resolution, 22 500 000 ordinary shares of AS Pro Kapital 

are conditionally listed on the TSE Main List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after AS Pro Kapital has met 

the following conditions:

- within two months (i.e. by 29.01.2000) AS Pro Kapital will 

increase the number of the company's shareholders to the level 

provided in article 5.6. of chapter "Listing Rules" of the TSE 

Rules and Regulations.
