COMMENTARY TO THE 24.11 98 ÄRIPÄEV ARTICLE

"10 MILLION EEK CLAIM AGAINST ÜHISPANK"

 

In October 1995, Põhja-Eesti Pank received 9.8 million EEK from the 

realization of RAS Ookean assets via the executive procedures.

The RAS Ookean bankruptcy registrars request the repayment of the debt 

paid before they can declare the bankruptcy of RAS Ookean. Ühispank 

objects the above-mentioned claim.
