NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD OF TALLINNA KÜLMHOONE AS

 

The Management Board of Tallinna Külmhoone AS was recalled due to 

end of tenure of office. 

On 30.11.99 the company's Supervisory Board elected the following 

people to the Management Board:

 

Chairman Udo Puust

Members  Anatoli Bekergun

         Evald Karu

 

The new Management Board was elected to office for three years' 

term.

 

Udo Puust works as the CEO of Tallinna Külmhoone AS as of May 1996.

 

Anatoli Bekergun works as the technical director of Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS as of April 1995.

 

Evald Karu was employed by AS Parmatech as CFO from May 1991 to 

Feb. 1998; as of Feb. 1998, Mr. E.Karu works as the CFO of Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS.

 

The Management Board members do not hold shares in Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS.
