OPTIVA PANK WILL USE THE TRADEMARKS OF FOREKSPANK AND ESTIB DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD

 

According to the decision of the 15.11.1998 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders 

of AS Forekspank, the new trade name of a bank proceeding from the merger of Eesti Forekspank 

and Eesti Investeerimispank will be AS Optiva Pank. The trade name of the new bank will 

become legally effective after the registration in the Business Register.

 

Optiva Pank will develop a respective trademark to the new trade name and starts to use it

in the first quarter of 1999. Until this time, the trademarks of both merging banks will be

used. The transition to the new trademark will take place stage-by stage, according to the 

priority of the usage area.
