ANNOUNCEMENT

 

PURCHASE OF ASSETS OF AS METSAVESTER

 

On 29.11.1999 AS Viisnurk bought the assets of AS Metsavester 

(buildings, equipment, vehicles) from the auction organized by 

Pärnu city court. The aforementioned assets are located in Pärnu, 

Niidu St. 11. 

Price of the assets was 12.8 million EEK; the sum has been paid in 

full amount.

The business fields of AS Metsavester were logging and processing 

of lumber.

Purchase of AS Metsavester assets also supports the strategic goals 

of AS Viisnurk, i.e. to gain control over supply of timber, and to 

set the base for expansion of the company's activities in the 

fields related to lumber processing.
