COMMENTARY TO BNS NEWS OF 03.12.99.

 

With regard to BNS news of 03.12.99 we hereby announce that 

Tallinna Külmhoone AS has neither subscribed nor acquired in any 

other form the shares in Lithuanian company AB Kauno Pieno Centras. 

 

No agreements have currently been concluded between Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS and AB Kauno Pieno Centras regarding conclusion of the 

merger of the two companies. Moreover, no negotiations regarding 

conclusion of such agreement(s) are currently in progress. 

 

Tallinna Külmhoone AS has not made any unpublished decisions, the 

legal consequences of which may have an effect on Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS share capital, price of its shares, or rights 

connected with the shares.

 

On 25.11.1999 AB Kauno Pieno Centras acquired 2,933,208 shares in 

Tallinna Külmhoone AS, which accounts for ca 86.6% of Tallinna 

Külmhoone AS registered share capital.

 

Tallinna Külmhoone AS has made a suggestion to AB Kauno Pieno 

Centras to comment on the details of the announcement published by 

BNS on 03.12.1999.
