LISTING PROCEDURE ON PRO KAPITAL CONVERTIBLE BONDS

 

In accordance with the documents submitted the Tallinn Stock Exchange 

started on 07.12.99 procedures for listing of Pro Kapital convertible bonds 

on the TSE Bonds List.

 

The Tallinn Stock Exchange will publish the resolutions of the Listing 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
