SIGNING OF LOAN CONTRACT

 

Reval Hotelligrupp plans to sign a loan contract with the 

International Finance Corporation (IFC) on December 20, 1999.

 

Detailed information on the loan contract will be given out after 

signing of the loan contract.

 

In June this year Reval Hotelligrupp informed about the IFC 

decision to give Reval Hotelligrupp a $8 million loan and make an 

investment into its owner's equity in the extent of $2 million.
