ANNOUNCEMENT

 

 

REGULAR SUPERVISORY BOARD MEETING 

 

Regular meeting of the supervisory board of Leks Kindlustuse AS 

will take place on December 21, 1999. In addition to the board 

members elected at the last general meeting of shareholders, the 

representatives of Alte Leipziger Europe and BICO Kindlustus 

will be present.  

 

In addition to preliminary agreed topics, occured changes among the 

shareholders of Leks Kindlustus will be discussed, as well as the 

issues related to it, such as merger process, offering to small 

shareholders and new possible strategy.

 

The management board of Leks Kindlustuse AS lacks information on 

other subjects to be discussed at the meeting. Due to lack of 

information, the management board of Leks Kindlustus can not 

comment on the statement made in the media by Olga Reznik on 

December 15, 1999.
