3.Overview of loans extended to Saules Banka from credit and financial

institutions (6.13.3.3. of Tallinn Stock Exchange rules  "Requirements

for Issuers").



Saules Banka has just a single loan 4,645,000 USD from EBRD,  received

in october 1997. All other liabilities to credit instutions are demand

deposits or overnight loans.
